We called Adam as our pastor in 2012. He was born and raised next door in Sunnyside, where his family have been farmers and machinists for several generations. He married Susie in 2001, and they have two sons, Simon and Calvin. As a family, they enjoy traveling, hiking, and playing board games.

 

Pastor Adam’s love for the Bible has led him to several schools for study. He studied Bible at Grace College (BA), pastoral ministry at Grace Theological Seminary (MDiv), Old Testament at Westminster Theological Seminary (ThM), and New Testament at Highland Theological College through the University of Aberdeen (PhD).

 

The local church is Pastor Adam’s passion and Mabton is his focus. He seeks to teach and preach God’s Word in an understandable and relatable way. He cares deeply for everyone in our community, and he is kind and loves to meet new people.
